  1. An amazing trip!!!!
    It’s perfect to discover the san blas islands from a sailing boat. The crew was very nice and helpfull. The captain is a very experienced sailer. The food was perfect, cooked fish and typical sides. The mood on the boat was perfect. You can go snorkeling or visiting a tiny island. We also made a very interesting trip to a Kuna village on a “bigger” island. On the last day we did an exciting night trip to Portobelo.

    We enjoyed the trip very much and we will definitely return!!!

  2. This was not my first time in San Blas, but was my first time -Sailing in San Blas- And I must say that once experiencing this there is no other way of doing it. I can’t wait to go back.

    I am a sailor and can say from experience the boat is in great condition and is really comfortable! Completely exceeded my expectations. What’s more, it also has a windsurf onboard which is a BIG plus and really fun activity for San Blas (a complete MUST)

    The captain’s cooking is great and he gave us an incredible tour along the islands. The whole experience was nothing but the Crème de la Crème … It renewed our souls completely.

    I want to personally thank Cedric (from SanBlas Tour) and the captain for going out of their way to make this trip the very best.
    Cedric was patient in answering all our questions before booking to make sure we had all the necessary information and it all was perfect!

  3. Best part of our Panama trip!!
    I can say without exaggerating that our sailing trip (very friendly captain) was by far the highlight of our Panama trip! The boat was great and sailing is THE way to get around in the archipelago to see many different islands.
    Captain was doing a great job in every way (cooking, sailing, entertainment, contact with Kuna people…) and we didn’t miss anything while being on his boat.
    Definitely going to return at some point! Thanks again for this great experience!

  4. My boyfriend and I sailed with Miro for 4 days in March. We enjoyed our trip immensely — good food, good conversations, very limited rain. Delicious coconut rice, hammocks on the beach, some of the best snorkeling I’ve ever done. Very little extra you could hope for! I think one of the most informative things I saw while I was on board was when a boat of Kuna came up trying to sell some seafood. Captain tries to buy from the locals to help support their income (as well as his own diet), but he instantly refused the specific catch they were offering because it was supposed to be out of season (for wildlife replenishment purposes). It’s good to be with a sailor that equally respects the locals, the sea, and the creatures beneath it. You won’t regret sailing on this boat.

    As for San Blas Tour as a whole, Cedric and the crew that run this setup are extremely helpful, and amazingly quick at answering any questions you may have — from how to book your 4×4 transport to the area, to “what to bring” and all those tedious little details. Big thank you to all for making this experience one of our favorite parts of our Panama trip.

  5. We had two wonderfull days on the boat. Everything was very well organised, he was a warm en relaxt captain. The boat is ideal for a romantic get away. Also, Cedric from San Blas tours was perfect when it came to all the arangements. He resonded very quick on al our requests and even custom made things where no problem.   7. San Blas Islands could not be more beautiful and Captain and the boat were the perfect way to explore them. We originally booked 2 nights on this boat, but quickly decided to extend the trip an additional night. Miro was not only an excellent host, making sure any and all needs were met and happy, but also an outstanding chef. Every meal was amazing……loved the lobster, fish, conch, ceviche. We snorkeled, met the native Kuna, walked around the white sand beaches, played volleyball, laid in hammocks, jumped off the deck into the turquoise water, and much more. Boat was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful trip. Will send anyone we know that are heading to Panama your way.

  15. Sailing in San Blas with Miro was a magical experience. We stayed for 2 nights and it was one of our best trips. Miro and his skipper (Alice) made us feel at home immediately. The boat is comfortable, has everything you need and well maintained. The food on board was amazing – fresh seafood, fruits, vegetables and Miro took care of all our needs. What made the trip was Miro and Alice’s enthusiasm to make sure we were having fun – including yoga on a nearby island, snorkeling, visit to sandbars, sleeping on hammocks and more. There is no better way to enjoy San Blas than with Miro!

    what did you like / dislike with the crew – they were AMAZING
    what about food – food was excellent. Lunch was basic but thats expected on a boat I guess
    boat comfort – boat was very comfortable. We spent so much timeoutisde and just on the deck of the boat
    activities, etc – Miro took care of everything we wanted – would highly recommend him

  16. Nous avons eu un excellent séjour sur le bateau de Miro qui lui même a été très agréable, très serviable et très attentif. C est quelqu un de vraiment très sympa et professionnel et cela s est très bien passé sur le bateau. Nous avons également eu de très bon repas avec Alicia qui cuisinait très bien, et tout le monde était ravi! Merci San blass Tour????
    Je trouve que le rapport prix/prestation a été vraiment très bien ????????

  19. Cedric , we liked a lot. It was a great experience : sailing , health and great food – great variety , snorkeling , the beautifull Islands and the Kunas. Miro and Elana was very friendly,attentious and pacients with US – totally first sailors. Really great people.
    The only bad thing was the garbage in the islands , but i totally aware that this is our(civilized people) fault too .

    Ps: Edwin (taxi) was great too. He drive very smoothly and even give us
    A lot of knowledge about The Kunas.

    everything was absolutely outstanding!

    The Boat in good conditions and as expected.. Captain Miro is a very nice person, and has helped us a lot to enjoy the cruise!

    And, about the food, Miro is a great cook!

    Regarding the San Blas island.. no words.. It’s a special place!
